Art

This one was wrought from possibly the only actually funny medieval painting I've ever come across, of a nun and a monk who landed in the stocks, and some passerby who is in the position of mocking them. One has to wonder just what it was they did that landed them there, neh?
This one was a pain in the patella. Drawing it was rather easy. India inking it was also rather easy... but THEN. I made the mistake of using cheap-quality watercolor paints to paint it. Well, the colors all came out horrible and then I had to render it like crazy in Photoshop to mute the colors. Then Xylic and Sangwine's hair looked all yellow-green and that irked the living daylights out of me. Then the lines weren't straight when I cropped it. Then I had to straighten it. Then the font was unreadable. It never did turn out quite right, and I blame it all on those cheap watercolors, even though it's not their fault.
